We want you to have confidence in your Cheddar Flow subscription. To keep things simple, we offer self-service refunds directly in the app—no need to contact support for most cases.
1. Self-Service Refunds
Eligible charges:
- Post-trial charge
- Monthly plan renewal
- Annual plan purchase or renewal
Time window:
- Within 48 hours of the charge
After 48 hours, self-refunds are no longer available in-app.
2. Refunds After 48 Hours
If your request falls outside the 48-hour window, you may still be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused time, subject to the following:
- A late refund fee of 20% of the plan price will be applied
- The remaining balance will be refunded based on unused time
Examples:
- Annual plan ($891):
- 20% fee = $178.20
- Remaining amount is prorated based on time not used
- Monthly Pro plan:
- A flat $30 late refund fee applies
3. How to Self-Refund
In the Cheddar Flow app, go to My Profile → Billing.
Click Cancel subscription.
(Optional) Provide your reason for canceling.
Select End subscription immediately and receive refund, then click Cancel subscription to confirm.
Once confirmed, your subscription will end immediately, and the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take several days to process the credit.
4. Important Notes
48-hour limit: Self-refunds are available only within 48 hours of the original charge.
Manual review: If an account requires manual review or violates our Terms of Service, a refund request may be denied.
Pro-rated consideration: After the 48-hour window, contact us for a case-by-case prorated refund review.
Accounts that have received a refund within the last 6 months are not eligible for additional refunds
5. You are entitled to one (1) free trial period. If it is found that You have attempted to create multiple free trial periods, your account will be cancelled and banned without notice. Users who severely breach these terms on a continued basis may also have their account set to active.
6. If it is found that you are, or have been, in breach of our Terms of Service in any way including, but not limited to, as scrapping, reproducing or distributing our data, your account will be banned and no refund will be issued if your subscription is active.
